EXPERIENCE
Ms. Derieux joined Thomas Pollart & Miller LLC in 2011. She
focuses her practice on civil liability defense.
Ms. Derieux was born and raised in Denver. Following law school, she moved to Phoenix, Arizona where she initially represented plaintiffs in personal injury matters. In 2006, Ms. Derieux joined State Farm as in-house counsel. She defended State Farm insureds in matters ranging from automobile accidents, premises liability, diminished value, property damage of home or vehicle and home owners associations. In 2011, Ms. Derieux returned to Colorado to accept a position with Thomas Pollart & Miller
LLC where she continues her liability practice.
