EXPERIENCE
Mr. Galanter joined Thomas Pollart & Miller LLC in 2011. He represents employers and insurance carriers before state courts and administrative agencies.
During law school, Mr. Galanter honed his litigation skills by serving as a law clerk with the United States Attorney’s Office in El Paso, Texas. Upon graduating from law school in 2009, he moved to Colorado and further polished his litigation skills with Koncilja & Koncilja, P.C., where he focused his practice on workers’ compensation and criminal defense litigation.
At Thomas Pollart & Miller LLC, Mr. Galanter’s civil litigation practice focuses on the exclusive representation of employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation matters.
