EXPERIENCE
Ms. Baldwin joined Thomas Pollart & Miller LLC in 2010. She
represents employers and insurance carriers before state courts
and administrative agencies, with a focus on workers’
compensation.
Prior to law school, Ms. Baldwin clerked for a personal injury
law firm for two years, gaining significant experience in case
development and trial strategy and preparation. Ms. Baldwin
attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School where she served as
Articles Editor for the Law Review. Upon graduating from law
school, she completed a judicial clerkship for the 18th Judicial
District. Ms. Baldwin then joined the national firm of Cordell &
Cordell, P.C. where she began a litigation practice in domestic
relations. Upon joining Thomas Pollart & Miller LLC, Ms. Baldwin
has broadened her litigation experience into workers’
compensation.
