EXPERIENCE
Ms. Cleary joined Thomas Pollart & Miller LLC in 2010. She
represents employers and insurance carriers before state courts
and administrative agencies, with a focus on workers’
compensation. Additionally, Ms. Cleary is counsel for several
small businesses, assisting business owners with formation,
contract review, employment issues, franchise agreements and
other legal representation needs.
Throughout law school and for two years following graduation,
Ms. Cleary worked in the Legal Department of Great-West Life, in
the area of securities and compliance. In 2008, she joined the
law firm of Godfrey & Lapuyade, P.C. where she began private
practice in insurance defense representing carriers in premises
liability, automobile accident, products liability, bad faith,
and construction defect claims. She gained significant
litigation and courtroom experience. Joining Thomas Pollart &
Miller LLC in 2010, Ms. Cleary has further broadened her
litigation experience into workers’ compensation.
