EXPERIENCE
Mr. Goldman joined Thomas Pollart & Miller LLC in 2008. He
represents employers and insurance carriers before federal and
state courts and administrative agencies. He has handled
hundreds of workers’ compensation cases and Medicare Set-Aside
matters. Mr. Goldman has argued before the Court of Appeals.
In 1995, shortly after law school, Mr. Goldman joined Ozer &
Ozer, P.C. and began his career representing plaintiffs in
workers’ compensation and social security disability claims. In
1996, he joined Ritsema & Lyon, P.C. where he began what would
be a long-standing, successful career representing insurance
carriers and employers in workers’ compensation and Medicare
Set-Aside claims. As a Ritsema Shareholder, Mr. Goldman created
and managed the firm’s subsidiary, Medicare Set Aside and
Allocation Group and MSP Solutions, from 2002 – 2007,
evaluating, submitting, and settling hundreds of Medicare
Set-Aside and workers’ compensation matters. Since joining
Thomas Pollart & Miller LLC, Mr. Goldman has continued his
practice of exclusive representation of employers and insurance
carriers in workers’ compensation and Medicare Set-Aside claims.

Mr. Goldman has been a frequent speaker at the Colorado
