EXPERIENCE
Mr. Miller represents employers and insurance carriers
before federal and state courts and administrative agencies in
Colorado and Utah. He has litigated hundreds of workers’
compensation cases and has extensive experience litigating a
variety of civil and commercial claims.
In 1994, following law school, Mr. Miller joined a large
Minnesota firm where he defended employment and workers’
compensation claims, handled subrogation, complex commercial
litigation and other civil litigation matters. When he moved to
Colorado in 2000, Mr. Miller joined Ruegsegger Thomas LLC where
his practice focused on insurance defense, workers’
compensation, and employment law.
As a founding Shareholder of Thomas Pollart & Miller LLC,
established in 2003, Mr. Miller continues his exclusive
representation of employers and insurance carriers, with a focus
on workers’ compensation and subrogation.
