EXPERIENCE
Ms. Moran joined Thomas Pollart & Miller LLC in 2008 and
focuses her practice on workers’ compensation and insurance
defense litigation, including bad faith and property damage
claims. Ms. Moran also counsels clients on creditors’ rights,
compliance, and collection matters. She represents employers and
insurance carriers before federal and state courts and
administrative agencies, including the state court of appeals.
After graduating from law school in 2005, Ms. Moran joined
Senter Goldfarb & Rice, LLC where her civil litigation practice
included insurance defense, general casualty, governmental
entity defense, medical malpractice, and product liability. She
gained significant litigation and courtroom experience. In 2007,
Ms. Moran joined Kerr Brosseau Bartlett O’Brien, LLC where she
continued her litigation practice, expanding into commercial
litigation, fidelity and surety cases. Since joining Thomas
Pollart & Miller LLC, Ms. Moran has continued her litigation
practice, with an emphasis on workers’ compensation.
