EXPERIENCE
Mr. Plesko joined Thomas Pollart & Miller LLC in 2011. He
represents employers and insurance carriers before state courts
and administrative agencies.
During law school, Mr. Plesko began developing his litigation
skills as an intern to the Honorable John L. Kane of the United
States District Court for the District of Colorado, a law clerk
for Xcel Energy’s in-house legal department, and an intern for
the Colorado Office of Administrative Courts. Mr. Plesko also
served as Senior Articles Editor for the Denver University Law
Review and received a number of academic awards.
Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Plesko furthered his
litigation experience by serving as Law Clerk to the Honorable
Thomas F. Mulvahill, and the Honorable D.D. Mallard, of the
Twentieth Judicial District of Colorado.
At Thomas Pollart & Miller LLC, Mr. Plesko’s civil litigation
practice focuses on the exclusive representation of employers
and insurance carriers.
