EXPERIENCE
Mr. Pollart represents employers and insurance carriers
before federal and state courts and administrative agencies in
Colorado, Utah and Nebraska.
Following law school, Mr. Pollart began his career representing
plaintiffs in employment, workers’ compensation, social security
disability, and personal injury. When he joined Ruegsegger
Thomas LLC in 1999, his practice turned to insurance\employer
defense.
As a founding Member of Thomas Pollart & Miller LLC, established
in 2003, Mr. Pollart continues his exclusive representation of
employers and insurance carriers.
