EXPERIENCE
Mr. Rinebarger joined Thomas Pollart & Miller LLC in 2009.
He represents employers and insurance carriers before state
courts and administrative agencies and focuses his practice on
workers’ compensation.
Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Rinebarger completed a
judicial clerkship as a briefing attorney for the Texas Court of
Appeals. When he moved to Colorado in 2005, Mr. Rinebarger
joined McCrea & Buck, LLC where he began an insurance defense
career, representing employers and insurance carriers in
workers’ compensation, employment, and liability claims. Since
joining Thomas Pollart & Miller LLC, Mr. Rinebarger has
continued to focus his practice on workers’ compensation.
