EXPERIENCE
Ms. Roberts joined Thomas Pollart & Miller LLC in 2010. She
represents employers and insurance carriers before state courts
and administrative agencies, with a focus on workers’
compensation.
In 2003, immediately after law school, Ms. Roberts began her
practice at Ciccarelli & Associates, P.C., where she had clerked
the previous two years. Over the next two years, Ms. Roberts
gained significant litigation experience and began to build her
courtroom skills, practicing both civil and criminal litigation.
Her practice also included domestic relations. When she moved to
Wedgle & Kukreja, P.C. in 2005, Ms. Roberts continued building
on her civil litigation experience, expanding her practice into
appellate work and adoption law. Joining Thomas Pollart & Miller
LLC, Ms. Roberts has further broadened her litigation experience
into workers' compensation.
