EXPERIENCE
Ms. Sisk joined Thomas Pollart & Miller LLC in 2011. She
represents employers and insurance carriers before state courts
and administrative agencies, with a focus on workers’
compensation.
While in law school at American University, Washington College
of Law in Washington, D.C., Ms. Sisk began developing her litigation skills as an in-house clerk
to the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied
Craftworkers and as a student-attorney in her school’s
Disability Rights Law Clinic. Ms. Sisk also served as both News
Editor and Managing Editor for
The American Jurist, a bi-monthly magazine published by Washington
College of Law.
After graduating law school, Ms. Sisk moved to Denver, where she
accepted a position with the Denver City Attorney’s Office, in the Litigation of Employment
and Civil Claims division. Ms. Sisk also represented consumers
with filing of Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies.
She joined Lee + Kinder, LLC in 2008, where she broadened
her litigation experience into workers’ compensation. Ms. Sisk’s
practice at Thomas Pollart & Miller LLC continues that workers’
compensation focus.
