EXPERIENCE Ms. Smith joined Thomas Pollart & Miller LLC in 2009. She
represents employers and insurance carriers before state courts
and administrative agencies.
During her final year of law school, Ms. Smith completed a
judicial clerkship for the Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Court.
Upon graduating, she completed a second judicial clerkship for
the First Judicial District of Iowa, gaining valuable experience
in a number of practice areas, including labor and employment
law. Ms. Smith moved to Colorado in 2009 to accept a position
with Thomas Pollart & Miller LLC where she has begun a practice
focused on workers' compensation.
