EXPERIENCE
Ms. Veaux joined Thomas Pollart & Miller LLC in 2010. She
represents employers and insurance carriers before federal and
state courts and administrative agencies. She has handled
hundreds of workers’ compensation cases. Ms. Veaux
focuses her practice on workers’ compensation.
In 1998, shortly after law school, Ms. Veaux began her legal
career as Deputy County Attorney for El Paso County where she
represented the Department of Human Services in dependency and
neglect cases. In 2003, she joined Ritsema & Lyon and began her
private practice representing insurance carriers and employers
in workers’ compensation claims. In 2007, Ms. Veaux joined a
small litigation firm in Colorado Springs where she continued a
practice of workers’ compensation and expanded into personal
injury and social security disability claims. Since joining
Thomas Pollart & Miller LLC, Ms. Veaux has resumed
representation of employers and insurance carriers in workers’
compensation.
